The clinic uses the „SCHWIND Amaris“ laser, which was updated at the end of 2022. The laser has been specially configured by the manufacturer to suit the gentle and cornea-sparing „SmartSurfAce®“ laser correction treatment method. For best results, the laser combines optimum speed (which minimises thermal shock to the adjacent cells and discomfort) and other state-of-the-art technologies from the manufacturer.

The SmartPulse laser operating algorithm accelerates post-operative vision recovery.
Ultra narrow laser beam diameter and high repetition rate help spare corneal tissue and ensure smooth corneal surface.
The laser uses 6D technology, which is capable of tracking the smallest movements of the eye in 6 directions (i.e. all lateral movements, up-down movements, and rotations around its axis). As the eye moves - the laser beam "walks" behind the moving eye - ensuring that errors due to micro-movements of the eye are unlikely to occur.
